The Los Angeles coroner's office released their findings Thursday on the death of Dr. Donda West and they state: West died of "coro...nary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty." However, the coroner did say that there was no sign of "surgical or anesthetic misadventure." The coroner added that "The final matter of death could not be determined."
