Heidi Klum was almost nude save for the layer of body paint. It was thick and deceptive. The painted T shirt and thongs were good. The top had holes and replicated a torn shirt quite well. The photo shoot was for Rankin. The source had more pictures ...but there was not much to see. Heidi could be wearing clothes for all that was worth mentioning.
